Terms and Conditions for Hexsa
This purchase is governed by the following standard terms and conditions for consumer purchases of goods online.
Consumer sales over the internet are mainly regulated by the Norwegian Contracts Act, Consumer Purchases Act, Marketing Act, Right of Withdrawal Act and E-Commerce Act.
These laws provide the consumer with non-waivable rights.
You can read the full legislation at www.lovdata.no.
These terms are not intended to limit any statutory consumer rights, but to outline the main rights and obligations of both parties in a purchase through hexsa.co.
The agreement consists of these terms and conditions, the information provided in the checkout process, and any additional terms agreed between the parties.
In case of conflict, specifically agreed terms will prevail, as long as they do not violate mandatory consumer protection laws.

All prices shown on hexsa.co include VAT where applicable.
No additional fees will be charged unless clearly stated before purchase.
For international orders, local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
The purchase agreement becomes binding once the buyer submits the order to the seller.
However, the agreement is not binding if a typographical or technical error has occurred in the online store that the buyer should reasonably have understood as an error.
Payments can be made securely via Vipps, credit/debit card, Klarna, or other available payment options.
The seller may reserve the amount at the time of order. The card will only be charged once the order has been shipped.
Buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay using credit or invoice options.
Delivery is considered completed when the buyer, or their representative, has received the goods.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery will occur without undue delay and within 30 days after the order was placed.
Cosmetic and other health products are shipped from Norway.
Print-on-demand merchandise may be produced and shipped directly from our international print partners.
The risk for the goods passes to the buyer when the goods are delivered in accordance with section 6.
For cosmetic and other health products, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, as long as the product is unopened and unused.
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
For print-on-demand merchandise (such as clothing or other custom-made products), the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with section 22 (e) of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.
Each item is produced individually for the customer and is therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless it arrives defective or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 14 days at hello@hexsa.co and we will find a solution.
If the seller fails to deliver on time, the buyer may withhold payment, demand fulfillment, terminate the agreement, or claim compensation according to the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
All claims should be made in writing.
If a product has a defect not caused by the buyer, the buyer may demand repair, replacement, a price reduction, termination of the contract, or compensation, in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than two years after delivery (five years for products expected to last significantly longer).
If the buyer fails to pay or otherwise breaches the agreement, the seller may withhold goods, demand payment, terminate the contract, or claim compensation, in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act.
The seller may also charge late payment interest and collection fees under the Debt Collection Act.
Any warranty provided by the seller or manufacturer gives additional rights beyond those granted by law.
It does not limit the buyer’s statutory rights.
Colab AS (Hexsa) is the controller of personal data collected through hexsa.co.
We only process data necessary to complete your purchase and deliver your order, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Complaints should be submitted to the seller within a reasonable time.
Both parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute amicably.
If this does not succeed, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation.
The Norwegian Consumer Authority can be reached by phone at +47 23 400 600 or online at www.forbrukertilsynet.no.
