These are the shipping and return policies for Hexsa (Colab AS).

Shipping Policy

Cosmetic and health products

Cosmetics and health products are produced and shipped from Norway, typically 1-3 days from order date. All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Clothing and accessories

All clothing, apparel and fashion accessories are printed on demand by a third-party vendor. These items are printed and shipped based on the location of the buyer and shipping address, item availability and other factors outside our control. Items are typically produced and shipped from the location closest to the buyers desired shipping address.

Items sent to Europe, Australia, Asia, North and South America are typically made and shipped from their respective region.

We strive to produce locally and ship as few items as possible long distances to avoid unnecessary emissions.

Average shipping times are 4-6 days from time of order.

Return Policy

Read below to find out whether your order can be returned and how to proceed.


1. Can your order be returned?

We have certain conditions that must be met for a return to be accepted.
Please make sure all of the following points are fulfilled — otherwise your return may be rejected and no refund issued.

  • The product must be in the same condition as when received.
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and without visible damage.
  • You must notify us and send your return within 14 days after delivery.
  • The original packaging should be included whenever possible.

Please read 4. Important – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal further down before submitting your claim.

If these requirements are met, you can contact us to register your return.


2. Notify us

To start a return, please email hello@hexsa.co and include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return (optional, but helps us improve)

We must receive your notice before the package is sent — otherwise the return cannot be accepted.


3. Send the order back

Once you have received confirmation from us by email, you may ship your return.
We recommend reusing the original packaging (please remove old shipping labels).

You can create a return shipment at www.posten.no or deliver it at your nearest Post in Store location.
You are responsible for the item until it has been safely delivered to us.


4. Important – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used cosmetics, for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Print-on-demand products (such as clothing, mugs, or any items produced individually for each customer).
    These are considered custom-made goods and are excluded from the right of withdrawal under section 22 (e) of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
