About the service

The SMS service is operated by Colab AS (company reg. no. 826 661 712), which runs the Hexsa brand (hexsa.co). In these terms we are referred to as "we" or "us".

By signing up for the SMS service, you accept these terms.

Consent

We only send you SMS messages if you have given explicit consent, in accordance with section 15 of the Norwegian Marketing Control Act.

Signing up is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing from us. You may withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge.

What you will receive

We send two types of messages:

• Order information – confirmations, dispatch and delivery updates
• Marketing – offers, campaigns, news and abandoned cart reminders

Message frequency varies, depending among other things on campaigns and your activity in the store.

Costs

Receiving SMS messages from us is free of charge in Norway. If you are abroad, your operator may charge you for incoming messages at their roaming rates.

Unsubscribing

You can opt out at any time:

• Reply STOPP to any message from us
• Click the unsubscribe link in the message, where available
• Email support@hexsa.no

You will receive one confirmation that your opt-out has been registered, after which no further marketing messages will be sent. Order information relating to purchases you have already made may still be sent.

Reply HJELP to any message from us, or contact support@hexsa.no.

Phone number

You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number. If you change your number, you must sign up for the service again with the new number.

We may change the sender number we use. Messages you send to a number we have stopped using may go unanswered.

Delivery

We cannot guarantee that messages are delivered on time or at all, as this depends on your mobile operator. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delayed, undelivered or misdirected messages, or for errors in their content.

Changes

We may change or discontinue the service, and may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by SMS or email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Privacy

Your phone number is processed by Colab AS. We use Klaviyo as our data processor for sending SMS. We do not sell phone numbers or consent data, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.
